Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days if the product is in stock. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (Sweden): 3-5 business days
• International: 7-14 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over 800 SEK within Sweden.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@klasthewhippet.se with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations
